Please specify the reason for payment as "Earnest money deposit for reservation" and indicate the precise holiday schedule. Your reservation is confirmed when the confirmation earnest money is received.
Cancellation policies: Cancellations up to 91 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked services. Cancellation of the reservation 90 to 8 days prior to arrival incurs a penalty of 70% of the booked services. Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of the arrival date entails a penalty of 100% of the services booked. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full by the accommodation facility. The remaining amount will be paid directly at the Hotel. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-In from 3 p.m. - Check-Out until 10 a.m.
Insurance for trip cancellation: We offer the possibility of undertaking a specific insurance policy.
Please understand that the earnest money deposit is retained if you cancel your reservation. In the event of a later arrival or early departure, the booked period will be the basis for the invoice of your stay.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, the cancellation policies are as follows:

For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
