Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, the cancellation policies are as follows:

  • For cancellations made up to 91 days before the date of arrival 50% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 90 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
  • At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer.
  • In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
  • The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
